Women for Health

Philanthropy for West Michigan Women

Women for Health is the women's giving club at Trinity Health Muskegon. Its purpose is to encourage philanthropy among area women and educate members about health care advances and issues. Each year, Women for Health members are presented with three funding opportunities that advance medical care, meet the needs of our community or enhance the patient experience.

Since 2007, Women for Health members have made an extraordinary difference for their families, friends and neighbors.

Membership

Women for Health is open to all women. Membership requires a commitment of $1,000 for one year. A multi-year commitment is not required. Members enjoy knowing they are part of an informed and empowered group who are impacting lives and enhancing medical services at Trinity Health Muskegon.

There are four dinner meetings each year. At each of the first three, a presentation is made about a potential project for funding consideration. At the fourth and final meeting of the year, members cast a vote for and fund their chosen project. Funded projects are determined by majority vote of the membership.
