Trinity Senior Living Communities (TSLC) is the pre- and post-acute
care affiliate of Trinity Health. TSLC operates 17 long-term
care living centers, two continuing care retirement communities
(CCRCs), eight seniors housing communities, seven HUD seniors
apartment communities, one assisted living residence, and
one low-income tax credit apartment community for seniors.
Four market-rate congregate/assisted living communities celebrated
their grand openings in 2001.
The TSLC community-based meal program delivers about 90,000
meals annually.
