Career Development Center

This innovative workforce development center provides services to colleagues and external job seekers. It uses a two-pronged approach:

  • Recruiting new colleagues from communities in and around our service areas
  • Promoting the advancement and retention of colleagues by providing career resources

These efforts help us bring talented community members into our organization. When people join Trinity Health, they’re supported in fostering professional growth with programs that build the critical skills necessary for advancement.

Local Schools and Training Programs

We collaborate with education and training partners to create career growth opportunities. These partners include high schools with certification programs, technical schools and community colleges.

Collaborations involve:

  • Working to promote job openings to students

Local Workforce Boards and Job Seeker Assistance Programs

Workforce boards are collaborations among businesses, local government and economic- and community development organizations.  Our active partnership with Michigan’s workforce boards (MichiganWorks! Association) bolsters our workforce development efforts by tapping into applicant pools.
