Continuing Medical Education
An annual allowance is available to residents and fellows. Additional funds are available to use toward the purchase of textbooks or educational software.
Insurance
- Medical, dental and vision insurance are offered; premium cost is shared by residents and fellows
- Disability and basic life insurance are provided without cost
- Malpractice insurance is provided by the organization at no cost
Meals
A $3,000 meal stipend is provided to all residents and fellows in addition to annual salary.
Retirement Savings
Residents are eligible to participate in the retirement plan.
Vacation
Interns receive 15 days of vacation. Second, third and fourth-year residents receive 20 days of vacation.
Licensure
Michigan educational limited licensure, DEA and state pharmacy fees are provided by the residency program for all resident years.
